Sorry to bring out this old thread, but as I was ripping threw the annals of past threads in this particular forum, I found this one, and it seems one is never too old to appreciate a good ol’ fart joke, and apparently it’s not just the men, as witnessed by the first four minutes of this video:

Out of curiosity, how did you find this? Clearly, a 4 year old thread would be buried a hundred pages back, so random searches? For 'fart'??

When doing a search on some sites, one gets better search results by Googling the term/phrase.
That being said, I was looking for a thread about bereavement groups, so I entered 'Letting Go' Macrumors, and was erroneously led to this page!

All joking aside, and this newbie means no disrespect, I was looking for some threads that I could add to in Community forum, as mentioned in my first post here (New Member thread), since I figure, what I know tech-wise...everyone else must know.

Nothing in the last three pages, so I picked a random page number, I think it was page 55, and pressed ‘Enter/Return’ and went from there.
I figured if there were movies in some of those older threads, they'd be some that I'd be more familiar with, as I don't watch many recent ones (not bragging, complaining), Casino Royale being one of the more current ones!

Several days prior to this, I looked in the list of movie threads and clicked on Casino Royale for the same reasons as above.
I noticed some were glad to see an old thread revived (page 5).

Some sites want you to revive and older thread, some want you to start a new one.
(and some, whichever their rules are, one gets questioned anyway for not taking the opposite option!!!).
No harm intended from me, none taken from me to your reaction to it.
My OP here was just testing the waters on how, what and where to post, so I can go with the flow of the individual site.👍

This thread already went there, so this is simply apropos.

Mods, if the language is too much, feel free to make the video a link instead of embedded.

Obligatory Revenge/Fart Game clip, from Eddie Murphy. Enjoy!

BL.

LMAO!!!! Eddie rocks. timeless.

So this ladies home got flattened by a fart ;)

ROFLMAO this woman only managed to humiliate herself! Next guy that she connects with will warn her 'have sex with me or else. remember that fart the last guy left you, mine is worse' lol. hilarious.

So you're saying you're interested in farts. Yes, they are a magical and mysterious force of nature ...

Yes, very!

In all seriousness, it's much healthier for the giver to fart rather then belch (not so healthy for the recipient), as belching is a sign that the food was eaten to quickly, therefore, not only were larger pieces entering the stomach, they weren't chewed long enough to get the proper amount of saliva on them for proper digestion.

Typically, in a daily routine of well-balanced food consumption, consisting of the right amount of acidic and alkaline food groups, farting is a sign that it got further down into the lower intestine as it should, with no heartburn or reflux symptoms, and since everyone releases lower-body gas, even those with the most continually well balanced diet and exercise program, one should welcome (their own) farting.

Up through the 1960s, some Americans were giving the excuse that it's OK to belch, 'cause in other non-American cultures, some ethnic cooks would take it as a compliment if you belched at the table, as it was so good, you had to devour it.

Furthermore...

I usually fart as a necessity, too many beans you see:eek:

And why shouldn't you?
Eating beans and farting is good for all of us:

I thought that most people are actually more relaxed around people whom they don't consider to be a potential sexual partners. The pressure is off so to speak.
