"Manage battery longevity" - 2017 13 Inch Intel Macbook Pro, Should this be enabled?

Should this setting be enabled or should i disable this? I read about what it does on Apple's support pages such as here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102589 but i'm not quite sure i understand it exactly and wether I should leave that enabled or disabled.

If you not understand what it does, you should leave it enabled. macOS will decide, based on your usage patterns it learn from, how to charge battery in order to maintain battery health. Sometimes charge to only 80%, sometimes charge to 100%. Just use laptop, plug in charger or not plug in charger, and forget about it, no worries.

Did not know the 2017 MacBook Pro had that for battery. Where is the setting located so I can be sure it is enabled?

In Ventura or Sonoma, Settings > Battery > Battery Health.. press the little "i" icon..
