The one thing that I still have a tough time with is managing my apps on iTunes from my iPhone to my computer. The thing is when I delete my apps on my phone and when I sync them back to my comp it only unticks the apps in the list of apps to sync. It does not delete it in my apps page in iTunes which takes up a lot of space on my hardrive because i usually delete my apps when they are old and when I dont use them often. Is there any convenient way to delete apps on my iPhone and then delete them on my comp when synced?

no, you will have to delete them on your comp to get rid of them. They do this because just because you delete it on your phone, you may still want to use it later in time.
