Managing Photos. Finder, iPhoto Library or Aperture Library

What do you all feel is best to organize a photos? I love the integration of iPhoto, but Aperture has additional features, such as the auto-back up and advanced editing that I like. iPhoto seems quicker and has tighter integration but the libraries are separate.

What do you guys use, why and which do you think I should use?

I tag and edit photos.

I use iPhoto because I tried Aperture and found it had little to no iWeb integration that I wanted for my photo publishing. I realize I can work around this, but couldn't be bothered.

i have over 7000 photos, and iphoto is becoming too slow to use. i'm thinking about moving to aperture for that reason.

I organise them using Finder and the Lightroom Folder structure.
