If you travel across time zones, but want to put appointments in your calendar, how do you manage this?

For example if I'm in eastern time zone, but want to make an appointment for something that is in the central time zone, how can I be sure when I arrive in central time that the appointment is not listed as one hour off?

When you create the appointment there's an option for entering the time zone too

And make sure time "Time Zone Override" is off for Calendar in Settings.
