iOS Mandarin or Simplified Chinese apps

Don't know much about Chinese market.
Would it be best to do a Mandarin or Simplified Chinese version of my app.
Or both? I have the translations but haven't implemented, them yet.

Also I was thinking of making it a new app verse a localized, just to track sales easier.
