how can i mange my whole files of my pad? i owuld like to move folders but i cannot find any app for that.

You cannot use an Explorer modus for internal files (except for photos/videos i think.

There are quite a few nice iOS Explorer apps like FileBrowser free / paid (5,99 dollar) but works well with e.g. data on NAS drives and local photo/video files on your iOS device.
