Is it still possible to do a manual backup of iPhone7 in System 10.3.1?

I didn't phrase my question correctly. What I meant to ask was whether I could back up to iCloud manually.

As Apple states, it should be possible:
"Go to Settings > iCloud > Backup, then tap Back Up Now"

If you running System 10.3.1, you will no longer find the iCloud logo in Settings. That's the problem!
