I ditched ccleaner and i dont want use clean my mac. How can i manually clean my mac silicon?

I know the folder Library/logs and Library/caches but where can i find the hidden startups from applications? Not all is shown under the user section.

What folder can i still cleaning? any recommendations?

This doesn't quite answer your question, since you want to do things manually, but I find the Onyx utility to be quite useful.

Just be sure to download the version that matches your operating system release (Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, etc).

Like others mentioned, you really don't need to fuss with those "cleaner" apps.

Look in these folders for hidden launch items.

~/Library/LaunchAgents (~ is your users folder)
/Library/LaunchAgents
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/StartupItems
/Library/Extensions
/System/Library/Extensions/

There is both system cache and user cache you can delete at /Library/Caches, /System/Library/Caches, and ~/Library/Caches. IIRC, you have to enter safe boot to delete system cache. However, I would strongly recommend against it unless you are having issues, and even then there are a lot of things I would try before dumping anything other than user cache. This OS is made to self-manage itself efficiently...the space you free up from deleting the cache is just going to fill up again when you start using the system, and deleting this could temporarily slow your system down. The cache is there to aid performance.

I do clear the cache for Safari and Chrome now and then, but I don't touch macOS' cache unless there is an issue (in which case I will use Onyx.) These cleaner apps just are not necessary and IMO they really don't 'save' space as much as they delete temporary files that are then repopulated shortly after they are deleted (although Duplicate File Finder and AppCleaner are nice apps to have and those can save space.)
