Manually setting time!

Unfortunately my iphone6 has been stolen abroad, and now i have Shanghai time on my apple watch, and there is no way to be able to set the time manually.
I should pair it with another watch.. That s ridicoous! Anybody had a similar problem?

Settings > time > set time ahead

That's all you can do without being paired

Already tried you can only move it forward 59 min, i need back 6 hrs 🙁
