hey guys just a quick question, all my movies and tv shows are on an External HD. Is it possible to manually sync just videos, so that I can just drag and drop them from the hardrive to the ipod without physically putting them on my computer? Or do you just have to choice to manually sync or automatically sync everything.

Yes it can be done. Just set it to manual. All my stuff is on external HD's and iTunes can't find it till I turn it on anyways.
