I got a ATT iPhone 6 Plus but I wanted the Verizon one, do you guys think they will let me exchange it? Purchased the phone device only and haven't open the package yet

i canceled my order to get one i could pick up tomorrow and then it said i couldnt pickup an ATT NEXT order.

So now i'm left with no orders. ****

Call AT&T and pretend you don't know what happened but your order got cancelled. They'll fix it. Hopefully.

You can only exchange LIKE FOR LIKE. So they'll have to refund the order you made, and make a new transaction.

no because it knows you already have one under that number

tried to cancel my att preorder and got an email saying it was unsuccessful. apple.com says the phone number is not eligible for an upgrade. i'll take that as a sign. thanks though.
