ManyCam alternatives?

I occasionally need to do video briefings via Skype. As part of this, I need to show short pre-recorded video clips. On Windows, I used ManyCam, and just selected the video file as my webcam source, then switched back to the built-in webcam afterwards.

ManyCam exists for OSX, but it doesn't seem to work under Lion.

Can anyone suggest an alternative?

The need is:
- start with actual webcam
- select a video file as a webcam source
- switch back to actual webcam

Doesn't work for me, but thanks for the suggestion. I still get a black screen instead of the video file.
