2-3 bars of 3G in my house, but 4+ most everywhere else
Purchased at Apple Store 7/14
and
Moline, IL 61265
Smaller town, Edge only but 4-5 bars always, in the house 1-2
I feel in Madison my coverage is good. My fiance has the same phone, bought together. White 16gig, I restored the phone out of the box for new firmware, updated them together to 2.0.1. Hers has more problems with reception than mine. We both complain about call failed when switching to Edge. hers does it alot more however.

Since 2.0.1- 2-4 bars at home, haven't really tested too much outside of home since, hasn't messed with 3G speeds, but shows lower signal. No difference however.
