Devices:
- iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 12 installed)
- Apple Watch series 3 (watch os 5)

History:
- Deleted Maps app on a previous iOS
- Got Apple Watch
- Updated both devices to latest os
- Reinstalled Maps on iPhone
- Couldn’t see it on watch so restarted

See attached screenshots for current status.

Restarting, deleting etc. results in the same result.

Is there anyone who could help?

If you use Overcast, I just discovered the latest update also includes offline playback so I deleted the stock Podcast app again. :p I'd imagine other 3rd party podcast players will add that functionality too now that Watch OS 5 supports this.

Yeah this really seems to be the only way. As I'm using my watch extensively for fitness and activity tracking, could you tell me if this method keeps your progress for the particular day on which you restore the watch? Thanks.
