The new Apple maps widget on notification screen shows my home ETA is there any option to add work? I know google maps has travel times widget that shows both home and work

I'm not 100% positive if this will actually work for the widget, but I know that if you add your work address to your contact card in the contacts app it should recognize it as a location in Apple Maps.

Phone > Contacts > Your Contact > Edit > Add Address. There you can type in the address to your workplace and set it as "work"

Hmm..I just checked mine and it is showing Work under the widget as soon as I press "show more" or it will fade back and fourth between the two if I just leave it as it is.

Map destination is really cool. I was surprised when each time I get in my truck I get an ETA home. Real cool.

I am not getting any destinations showing up either on my 6S. Whereas my iPhone 5S which I used only for a day already shows a location at my work in just one day. I don't understand what is going on

Perhaps Frequent Locations setting under Privacy - Location Services is turned off, you should enable it

I finally got my location services working.

1. Downloaded Xcode 8
2. Download iOS 10 IPSW
3. Backed up phone in iTunes
4. Erase all content and settings
5. In iTunes select upgrade and select the ipsw
6. Restore backup

This also fixed proactive where the phone would suggest music app when headphones or Bluetooth is connected.

What time was it in the screenshot? Apple Maps "should" only suggest work at times and days you go to work.

For example if you're always at work 8am mon-fri. Then it will suggest work say at 7am (not exact time, I don't know the threshold of how long before it will appear.) on mon-fri. It won't suggest work on a weekend at any time because it knows you're never there on those days.
