Maps - how do you get direction not involving current location?

Hi guys,
On Apple maps app how do you get directions from A to B, if neither A nor B are your current location? I realise I'm probably being thick!

In the directions panel, you see this:

To [Address B]
From My Location

Tap "My Location" and you should be able to enter a different location/address there.
