Maps not displaying?

Anyone else having a problem with Maps not displaying on their watch?

I press the icon, the app loads and shows the flashing dot for my location, but I just get the grid background. No matter how long I wait the map doesn't seem to load?

I'm so glad you posted this thread, I'm in the same boat! It will get my location, it will give me directions and all, but the maps themselves will not render.

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

I have not had a problem with map tiles loading. Try force quitting the app by holding the power button until "Power Off" appears, then hold the power button again.

Tried that twice today, no luck!

Ok think I've managed to solve it. Rebooted both the phone and the watch, but still no joy. So un-paired the watch, then relinked using a backup.

All seems ok now.🙂
