I'm trying to view the maps from my iphone 5s on the bluetooth screen on my Honda dashboard. Can it be done?

I don't believe there's Bluetooth support for video reply. You might be thinking of something along the lines of CarPlay, but that would have to be something that the car's system supports (as well as the device).
