The way I use navigation (Navigon). I don't use address because they can be wrong and on many buildings the address does't take you to the parking (may be on another street).

I use Google Earth and locate the exact spot to turn into the parking lot and input the lon/lat coordinates into my iPhone and this works so much better. Also like looking around and getting a look/feel for the way I will see it as I drive up.

Will Apple Maps be viewable in OS X in any way (Apple offered App would be GREAT)?

Longitude/latitude input/show in Maps? (if you ever start using this you will never go back to inaccurate/incorrect address again).

iCloud support for quick/temporary navigation (not a full contact) intro from Mac (dreaming), iPad, Touch and iPhone. For instance could find spot on iPad and it would send to iPhone. Could use both for navigation and have iPad as a backup large look if lost.
