In saying that im NOT complaining and thankful it gave me a minimum one because with my health/pain issues i can be really good for a certain amount of time and then out of nowhere i can hardly move at all. Hence the reason why whenever the Monthly Challenges reset i try to get them done asap in case i cant physical move etc ☹️
I still will continue to do my average walk time amount which is roughly around about 20-25 mins normally if i can that is![]()

Same here. Last year each month was a challenge. Then since December it’s just far too easy.Mine is to hit my stand goal 19 times this month. It’s funny, I’ve been doing CrossFit 5 days a week and logging more activity then I have since getting the watch and it keeps throwing easy stuff at me.

And here I would be wondering how to do that. Even in summer when I skate or play basketball, I’m generally under 90 minutes.
