Does Apple take into account your previous reccords and life style in general, or they just select random goals for you?
 
I manage finish my challenge 1 week earlier than expect. 200% move 6 times this month. Only weekend I normally do this but have Friday off work then another Friday include international women day special award make me get 200% both Friday.

Today was a big day for me. I completed my March Challenge of 3,270 exercise minutes. Also, I completed my Move goal for the 365th day in a row, which started the day after I purchased my first Apple Watch one year ago today. I have lost 13 pounds, gained muscle, and am living a much healthier life. Thank you Apple for the motivation!

I think stories like yours is more motivating then Apple’s coaching and challenges (which can be a little stressful). Thank you for sharing!
 
I'm at 122 minutes out. I should have that in the next 3 days. My only problem is that walking minutes count the same as running minutes for this challenge. Mine is just exercise time.
 
My March challenge (which was to close my stand ring 28 of 31 days), disappeared. It also did not give me credit for a couple days I closed my stand ring. Anybody know how to fix this?
 
It is just after 3 am here in Alaska on March 1. I woke up and did a quick walk around the house to see where some noise was coming from, and while doing so, my March Challenge alert popped up on my watch.

Very achievable. I’m going to go out on a limb and say I will achieve this by March 26.

Well, still in the “very achievable” range. I won’t complete it by tomorrow As I guessed previously, but I will finish it by the end of the week. I’m at 17. No reason I can’t be done on Friday based on current plans for the week, which include reffing 9 basketball games throughout the week as well as beginning a 13 week training program for a half marathon.
 
I'm 20 exercise minutes out. I'll have it tomorrow. I do not like minutes, since 60 minutes for a 10k counts the same as 60 minutes for 2 miles. No way.
 
12 miles to go out of 186.4 miles. This challenge has messed up my weightlifting days because of more focus on walking/running. :(
 
I need 27,200 calories. But I’ve burned down so many at the beginning of the month, that I only need to close my Move ring the rest of the month (which I'd do anyway) to meet my goal.
