Just found the icons online: Token by ~brsev on deviantART
As for the Buddy list, it's just a modified widget (iChatWidget - by Running with Rocks and Paper). Again, this is something I am still working on, I don't know how (or if it's possible), to get it on the desktop layer other then having a third party app running it.
Well I don't know how to do them, but those modifications seem to be easily achieved. Take a look at this: MacThemes Forum / [Theme]Black Mac OS X

Desktop image was created by me from a far smaller source image, and took me a few hours because the original was only 1000x1900, so lots of clone stamping, layering, and effects work. I'm a Photoshop n00b, but this looks good enough for my personal use.

the side dock thingy is dragthing. the "dock" on the bottom is a stripe added in photoshop.
and i also thought it was really freaky. not alien-like, but something out of "knowing" or something. haha.

..anyway, sticking with the dock for a while, I really like it.

you won't be able to make the date go away unfortunately. iCal automatically places the date on the icon. You could try editing the icon in photoshop to better accommodate the date?

bahahahah i read all yuor guys comments on my cute model gal...it's high fashion baby, where the unique are gorgeous. But that particular pic was meant to be eerie - u see she is doing a good job modeling!
