No, you can do that directly in Adium itself. It's under preferences/appearances, and you can download or create your own sets. Xtras can be found here. 🙂

How do you get rid of the scroll bar when you turn adium to clear?

I tried to use CandyBar for a dock editing tool but I can't quite seem to figure it out.
