and also apple said 24h delivery time.

I ordered the 3.4 i7, 16 GB, 768 SSD, and the 680MX graphics on March 3rd. It shipped on 3/7 as one of the previous posters posted.

From other threads it seems that if you order the 768 flash option it's made in China and the Chinese assemblers appear to be a bit quicker than the other ones. Perhaps with the influx of more parts, some assembly plants have more supplies than others.
