margin problems when using cutepdf on a PC

I'm trying to save an Excel document as a PDF. The page itself is rather large, but when I select "scale to 1 x 1 pages" on the Excel page setup it prints to my printer without a hitch.

However, when I print to a pdf it cuts off the bottom quarter of my document. Can anyone help?
