Dear members,

i have set my e-mail accounts on my iPhone, Macbook Pro and iMac. When i receive new mails and read it for example on my iMac, i have to mark the mails as read on every device.

Is there a tool, trick or setting for this?

Thanks

Can i acces my emails offline with IMAP without them being removed from the server?

Yes Hotmail is not very hot at all to be honest.

Hotmail has a relatively low size limit for attachments, injects ads inside your outgoing emails advertising Hotmail, doesn't support IMAP and can't automatically forward emails unless it is to another Hotmail account.

Might be worth considering a switch to Gmail which does support IMAP or use iCloud.

Totally agree. Definitely more cons than pros, think i might consider making a switch.

The only reason i've been using Hotmail, was because of it's compatibility with MSN messenger but I never use MSN anymore so goodbye hotmail, hello gmail :)

Good call. Gmail >>>>>> Hotmail
