Hey guys,

I have a 30" cinema display and I have noticed marks on the screen they are behind the panel and really only show up on solid colours like grey etc.

The screen had been a replacement from apple last year after another issue with the previous one so this one would now be out of warranty now as well.

I'm having a hard time even explaining what it is to people. I'm not sure if its burn marks or its the dust issue that imacs seem to get but im not sure how that would be it as this is a sealed unit and doesn't draw in any air.

Heres a photo excuse the windows 8 I was playing some battlefield :D

Any ideas guys?

Thanks

Typical Apple display quality. Its some form of LCD contamination that ive only seen on Apple displays (ACD, ATD, iMac, etc).

three of my iMacs had it, when i switched to Apple Thunderbolt Display, 2 of those had it as well....bad luck with Apple monitors?
