Markup Bottom of Photo?

Anyone know how to use the markup feature to mark up the bottom part of a photo?

The bottom of the photo is covered by the markup toolbar. Even if I pinch to shrink the photo, I still can't get to the bottom.

That works on a regular photo, but I don't think it works for screenshots for whatever reason.

You can try drawing/writing/whatever up higher and then moving it down (even though you won't be able to see exactly where you're putting it).
