Mass Account picture change

Hi I work at a school with 50 macs, and i'm using ARD to distribute settings at the mo getting a server later for GPO for each user, just using 2 accounts at the mo per machine, one student and one admin. I can change the desktop wallpaper of all the machines using automator, but I've yet to find a way of changing the account pic at login on a mass scale any ideas would be welcome. The kids seem to have worked out a way of changing the login pic, possibly using photo booth.

I don't think it's possible. Of course I have never wanted or had the need to use ARD for such a task. Something like this is best controlled from WGM (workgroup manager), so you can control it on the machine level.
