Mass Effect and intel HD3000

Im having some major trouble running this game on my mbp 13 2011, here are the specs:

i5 2415m
8gb 1333mhz ram
Corsair F120 SSD
Windows 7 pro 64bit

I have installed the latest intel drivers, however the game uses a DLL from the 32bit drivers, so I downloaded it, and extracted the necessary DLL, its the igdumd32.dll then I placed it at the necessary location c:/windows/system32

now Im getting rendering errors with the HD 3000

So any ideas? I have scourged the web for solutions, but all people say that it runs just fine.
