Massive stutters while pulling down notification bar

Massive stutters when pulling down notification bar on home screen only. It goes away the second time I pull down. When you move to a different page and scroll down it’s there again. Anybody else has this issue on iOS 17? Fresh install using restore option.

This is a bug that happens when you have the home screen search button enabled. If you turn it off in Settings > Home Screen & App Library it shouldn't happen.
