I'm Indian and have been trying to popularize this term of mine for quite a while. I believe it captures the spirit and imagination of my people and their rich and diverse heritage.

I propose that all people of South Asian, Central Asian, and Middle Eastern descent be designated "brownies." This term is not only a compact method of referring to all those brown people, but it also serves as an apt racial slur that will promote unity and fraternity amongst the often-warring people of South Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

So go ahead, call a friend a "brownie" today.
