Are there any ways to write math and chemistry equations in Pages like you can do in Grapher? This would be really helpful for taking notes in class if I could.

If you can take the time to learn Latex you can use Latex-it to do this.
In fact, you can drag the math text it creates into any app.

Latex looks a little time consuming and complicated just for notes. Are there any other ways to do it that are maybe a little bit simpler?
