Matlab R14 7.0

Hi there
I tried to install this software on my Mac OS X 10.5.2. However, after installing it, when I run the program, the X11 application opens up fine, but Matlab never does! The icon just bounces up and down in the Dock for a while, and then stops. No errors, nothing!
Why??

R14 is not compatible with Leopard. If you want Matlab you will have to get a newer version.
