Mavericks - Can you disable "tap to click" for just one program?

ex. only have tap to click disabled when I am in MS word and have enabled for every other situation?

I certainly seen apps that ignored taps when the "tap for click" was enabled. Almost every game does that.
So, it's definitely possible, but there are no software I know of that does that for arbitrary app; you'll have to write your own.
