Mavericks on 2007 Mac Mini please.

I know there are people out there who run newer versions of OS X on unsupported hardware. I want to install Mavericks on my wife's 2007 Mac Mini.

Can some one explain how to do it or link it for me please? Thanks!

That says you have to be able to run Mountain Lion to do it, the Mac Mini can only go to Lion. Dang.
