Was able to get Maya up and going with the SP3 update. So, for those that are going to do a fresh install, make sure you get the SP3 marked installer, and don't just directly download the one in the download area.

If you're concerned about compatibility, don't upgrade. I have a bunch of 3rd party stuff and it was enough of a risk to upgrade to ML. I'm keeping it where it is, now that everything finally works they go and change it :rolleyes:
 
Aperture Crashes

Aperture crashes all the time on my 2012 MBP with 4GB RAM. It seems to work on my mid-2011 iMac with 12GB RAM.

On the MBP it is 100% repeatable Aperture crashes while attempting to crop a 10MP RAW image. The crop works and when I re-stet Aperture I see the edit
 
Premiere Pro CC trial works fine for me. I heard they updated CC on the day that Mavericks was released? Unless I heard wrong, I didn't get an update, and it works fine for me.

Only thing I've noticed is that it doesn't tell me how many days I have remaining on the trial, which is odd.

I'm gonna subscribe to CC this week anyway, upgrading from CS5.5, so if anyone wants me to try CS5.5, I'll give it a shot, but I don't think it worked all that well on Mountain Lion, it doesn't seem worth holding onto CS5.5 at this point if you still are.
