Mavericks stuck on install App

Im at the Mac app store and I press download, then install app, and it just stays green saying install app and a wheel at the top, but nothing in purchases. anyone else got this issue?

I think I have the same issue. I clicked download and the app says downloading but I dont see a file anywhere or any bar saying how long it will take. Its been about an hour now since I clicked on it.

Im on 10.6.8 on a mac pro if that helps

Don't you see a Mavericks icon in your Programs folder? I see it there with a status bar, downloading is not going fast.

The progress should show up in Purchases. If not, try downloading it again.

While we're at it, when actually installing you'll need to be patient. Mine sat at "about a second remaining" for 8 minutes. This is actually an improvement over 10.8 which went into negative minutes!

I don't see a status bar in the App store, but according to iStat menu storeagent is downloading with around 800 KB/s, so the Mavericks bits are coming in.

Ok, I have Mavericks downloaded now.

I've got the same issue. 10.7.5 on an Macbook Air. 🙁
