Yes, because there is absolutely no piracy on iOS and all iOS users are saints who purchase all of their apps 🙄

GTA III seems to be doing just fine on the Market, I see no reason why this would be any different.

I think the phrase 'successful troll is successful' applies here 🙂

The best game ever on Windows IMO....I can't wait for this...I wrote a review on the game years ago when GPU's were far less capable than they are now...Described it at the time as "A Thing Of Beauty" Bring it on...More sleepless night's await!...🙂

I really can't see playing it on an iPhone unless they really screw up the game play...I really hope this isn't a trash port. They promised a Max Payne three, but it was never finished...I hope this lives up to it's predecessor....BIG shoes to fill there.
 
Max Payne! I have to say, I've missed this game. Really awesome that it'll be on iOS. Reminds me! I have to play that game!

Is there a newer version for PS3 or Xbox 360? Anyone know? :apple:
 
Apple needs an official, standardised bluetooth controller for the iPad. Games built from the ground up for iPad are great but games ported to iPad are so, so bad. You would think they would be all over an excuse to sell another expensive accessory.

The PC gaming industry doesn't try and force everyone to use keyboard and mouse. You use whatever control method is best suited to the game, whether that is keyboard and mouse, a controller, a flight stick, arcade fight stick or wheel and pedals. I have all of the above.
 
That's awesome to see more games coming to iOS. I remember playing this on Xbox a loooooong time ago. Loved the game.

As far as I know, there were only ever two....I still have them boxed MP1 was a single DVD, MP2 a double. A third games was promised,mbut was never published.

It's been on iTunes since midnight. A word of warning folks, and I hate to say this, but be prepared for disappointment. I put it on my iPad 3, and although I have not really had time to play it much...A few things are immediately evident...The control for movement is truly terrible, and as yet I can't find a way of changing it. Whoever did the port seems to think Retina means flood the whole screen with overblown colours that ruin the original mood of the game. I hope others have a better experience, and the price ay £1.99 is not going to send people screaming for refunds, but IMO, they really have not given it much time or effort.

As for trying it on an iPhone? I can't see how you could play it at all. Just my 10c worth.🙁

I'm syncing the game to my 4S now as we speak so I'll see how it's like not ever have played this game before.

EDIT: Now that it's downloaded and going through the tutorial, it honestly doesn't seem that bad. Maybe because I've never played it on a proper device (PC, gaming console) before but it's fine.

The tutorial is just about playable....Just wait until the bad guys are coming at you a dozen at a time.....Hope you still enjoy it then..🙂 I haven't tried it again on my iPad yet....Normally with me a game either grabs me, so I play for hours, or it doesn't ....The original MP really did keep me up nights....This one? Can't see it myself.

Have you finished the tutorial yet? Can you help me with the subway bit? What am I supposed to do at the subway entrance?
