Please could you tell me the max ram for my 15inch unibody macbook pro?
Processor is 2.9 GHz.

I have 8gb in mine. My unit has the express card port just before they eliminated a very important feature

I'm wondering if 8GB will now work with the Boot ROM update that Apple released to quieten the DVD drive. Has anybody tested it since?
