Resolved Max Upload Size Changed?

@arn and company,
I recently attempt to upload a 2.8mb GIF and after reaching 100%, the upload threw a "The uploaded file is too large…" error.

I've got this message before when uploading files larger than 5mb, so I presumed that 5mb was the limit.

Has the upload limit been changed?
