I had the Pro Max from November until last Saturday and downsized to the Pro. I got tired of lugging such a cumbersome device around all the time. I will probably not go large again.

If the 6.1" has the same landscape apps as the Max, I'll go with that. I'd prefer a bit smaller phone, but the 5.8" is too small for me.

If you own a 6.5 inch 11 pro Max iPhone doubtful that you’ll see a difference in 6.7 inch iPhone. It’s really negligible

It’s the weight of the phone that’s noticeable, not the size. When Apple starts increasing the size of the phone, you have to add in things like the addition of the extra glass, stainless, larger battery, etc. That’s what gives the effect that the phone ‘feels bigger’, because of the weight of the phone.

Probably smaller. The Max has better battery life, but the smaller one will probably have better battery than my current XS Max. I'm tired of sliding my hand up and down my phone to reach things and using it with one hand, if I want a bigger screen for video I'll use my iPad.

Going for a Max again, so used to my S20U that anything smaller just won't do plus when I had my previous 11 pro Max the battery life was epic.

I'm gonna downsize - If the rumours are true that the 12 Pro will be 6.1" then that's the perfect size for one handed use for me.

I went XS Max -> 5.8” Pro. Best decision ever, the big screen is great for a bit but doesn‘t enable anything valuable other than more/bigger content (that may sound obvious, and I get that some people find that useful in itself, but it’s not like the days of the 7 Plus where the bigger size got you another camera and Portrait mode), and is significantly harder to use with one hand.

I’m on the IUP - the 5.8” is pretty perfect, hopefully the rumoured 6.1” won’t be too big a jump in size. The 5.4” is very intriguing, but I will wait to see what it lacks vs the Pro line.

I wouldn’t mind a 7” pro Max instead of 6.7”.

That’s getting ridiculous. That’s not even a phone anymore, that’s ‘Phablet’. At what point do we say smart phones Need to stop getting larger to the point where they’re not practical for ‘every day carry‘.

There have been so many days I felt the 6.5 XS Max/11 Pro Max are too small and wished for a bigger device. I have 0 issues using my XS Max one handed as well as with 2 hands. As long as Apple keep offering the different sizes they have it shouldn’t be a problem to keep making bigger devices. I do think 7” would be the biggest I would buy for a phone.
