Maximizing New Battery Life

    Hey guys,

    I just got a new battery for my late 2008 macbook pro unibody (Bat model no: A1281)

    How do I maximize my battery life in the following 3 scenarios:

    1. Calibrating from new (do I drain first and then fully recharge, etc?)

    2. Whilst on the desk, connected to magsafe

    3. Whilst on my lap, not connected to magsafe

    Yep, it's all there in the FAQ, including the proper steps for calibration, how to properly use your Mac on battery power or plugged in, and tips for improving battery life.
