Anybody know if my Mac is currently packed with all the RAM it can handle.
    Here is what I have:
Intel Mac Mini with Core 2 Duo
    1.83 GHz
    Currently 1 GB RAM

Can it hold more? If so, what is the benefit of adding more?

According to Mac Tracker, the C2D Mac Mini has two RAM slots, and supports up to 3G of ram (2G per Apple's specs).

Adding more memory would give you better performance when you run multiple applications, or applications that use a lot of memory. Things like Photoshop, etc.

For basic web browsing, e-mail, etc, 1G is probably fine...

Keep in mind that you probably have two 512MB sticks, and you should try to keep the memory in matched pairs. If you want to upgrade, consider getting two 1G sticks, or two 2G sticks (but only 3G will be usable).

2G is probably a decent upgrade for the cost...
