Guys-

Would like to upgrade my Coe 2 Duo Mini 2.0 GHz. Getting conflicting info on how much memory the logic board can access. Some suppliers sell 4 Gig upgrade kits (2x2G sticks) while others say that the max is 2 Gigs (2x1 sticks).

Anybody upgrade to 4 Gig??

I have 3 gigs in my 2 gHz Mini. As FC stated, you can put in two 2 gig chips, but you'll only get about 3.1 gb of available RAM, and the dual channel performance boost isn't really significant for most tasks.

Thanks for the good advice!

Things are getting a little crowded running a VMWare XP virtual session. 3 GB will definitely be an improvement over 2 GB!

Thanks - thats saved me a few pennies - was gonna drop into have the mini upped to 4GB, now Ill go for the 2GB instead 🙂
