Hi guys, currently residing in China for the past 2 months on a whim (thanks to pushful encouragement from the MR community), I'm really excited to go back home to Los Angeles. With China being 15 hours further ahead in time difference, it's already May 1st over here and though i'd share the first May 2011 Desktop! :D

Same as before:

• For large images use rather than [IMG]
• Use attachments when necessary so images don't disappear when they are removed from their source
• When possible, include links to the full-sized original so others can download them. If you don't want to share, state that in your posts so others don't continue to ask for links.
• When quoting a post with images, leave the image out, or make sure you [img] to reduce clutter.

Mine for the month:

My desktop. Geek Tool for the image overlay and system tools in the background. CTU Style. Behind the overlay are aliases so the function works like display, channel, hd, idisk, internal, load, etc.

Normally a fan of abstract art for my wallpapers, but this one just seemed perfect for the start of Summer.

Date/Time/Weather - Geektools
Dock Icons - Various from different websites. Will send via PM if anyone is interested.

Wow, that is a purely amazing pictures....

Thanks! I took literally thousands of pictures of the complex while it was still standing (after all, it was the reason I ever decided to become an architect in the first place), and this is probably one of my favorites. Gives you a sense of how large these towers really were. Of course, the view from my cubicle was phenomenal!
