I’d like some distance-based challenge. I never had one, but I’m only tracking activity and closing rings since september last year.

22 x 15 minutes of training. Would be easy but after April (480km) I will not do it. My body need a rest. All my streaks will be gone tonight. :(

95.5 minutes a day. Might have hit the wall with this one. Image-1.jpg

Double move goal 22x.
In my case that’s 1500cal.
See you guys on the other side.
Best of luck to everyone on their May challenges!!

11 days of 200% move goal. Should be easy in the middle of spring and gardening. I also keep a fairly low move goal in general.

Mine is to burn at least 29,600 calories this month. Which averages out to 955 cals/day over the 31 days. I won't be accomplishing this, as a normal day for me is about 700-750 cals. Oh well.

I have 3,210 exercise minutes. I never had a minute one before, so I'm not sure if it's easy or hard.

Mine is similar except mine is 26,600 calories or 860 per day. For me it will be a stretch with a sedentary job / role but entirely doable. This is exactly the type of stretch goal that gets me more off my butt. Thank goodness all snow is gone and melted and can finally get outside...

My May challenge is to cover on foot at least 223.4 miles. That should be fairly conservative, since I have about that many running miles on my training schedule for May.

25800 calories. That's 832 calories a day. I will give it a shot but it won't be easy. I'm going to need some big days to average with the lighter days.

212.8 miles for the month or 6.86 a day. I'm doing a half marathon on May 18th, so I'm still training for that, but I'm getting burnt out, so I'm taking a running break after that to do other things. So I dunno if I'll make it. I'm not losing sleep over it.

After 2 months of nursing an injury, thankfully my Apple Watch is taking an easy on me. 2x my move goal twice (2,100 calories); I'll take it.
