Wow!

Each to their own but its very dark and busy.. I find it hard to make out whats what.

As a tip, may I suggest choosing similar styles/colours for a set of icons (for example, Safari and Mail are both mainly white, for me. My IM apps are shades of purple/blue/pink.. makes things easier to find).

You should get a system theme, over just choosing lots and lots of random icons and shoving them all in the dock.

Each to their own, so its just my opinion.

Edit: I think you'd benefit greatly from using an DragThing. It'll let you add customisable drawers to your desktop so you can expand them when you want a certain app, rather than filling the whole dock.

Right, thanks to Kardashian for helping me find the dock :) Newest one.

Your dock would look *so* much better centred, though. :)

I definitely have a purple fetish or something.

I prefer number 3. Check out Optiv-Flatworm's on DA, he has something like number 3, but better. A pack of them in different colours. Can't remember the name.. it might be "Orion"...

Karsh,

Do you know how to open dock iContainers without using CandyBar? I don't have the money to purchase that right now.

I am not sure, but I think Panic offer Candybar as a trial for 30 days, if you haven't used it, then you may want to check it out ;)

find the dmg to pixadex 2 and then open your icontainer in pixadex and export it out. it works great and the trial doesn't expire, you can only store 250 icons in it but if you are just trying to get icons from an icontainer that's what i would do

Finder is part of the Area 52 icon pack.
Dashboard
Safari
iTunes - it's part of the Antares icon pack.
iChat
System Preferences
Quicktime

Thanks for the advice. Yea i know that i should clean it up a little. But for some reason i like the "chaos" of the different icons haha. Its odd cause i usually like things to be clean but not my dock i guess:eek: I will definitley give DragThing a try tho thanks.

Hey, how did you put all the movie covers as your icon?

I made the covers in Photoshop.

Saved them as a PNG (Interlaced).

Used Img2Icns (free app) to convert the PNGs into an icon, and copied that icon over to the movie file.

Google = lots of tutorials :)

Hey Kardashian,

Do you have an tutorials for using Silk? I haven't the foggiest as to how to use the app. Thanks!
