What I think of your desktop:

You look to have chosen to hold dark on your desktop, but they do not match well with all those reflect icons and the reflected dock, I think you should switch to opaque docks.
You could use a dock like Cata Dock by (?) , Ostrum Pretiosa by Paul Walker or Wrz by Michal Pukacz.

Also, why don't you take a look at PodDrives by Laurent Baumann ? They may look better than your current.

A part from it I can't help you anymore, you have so many icons, I can't find a good icon on my system that would match with my taste. Also, I am not a fan of black/darkened systems, I prefer gray, purple, green, etc.
I wouldn't use it on my system, but, the only one who matters here is you, it's your computer, you should modify it to match your desires and necessities, if you like it so, then use it!!
